Nice take on no'3 but nowhere near as good. Pretty cool and very funny. Nice way to end the Xiao Xao series.

Decent

Not as good as part one (no. 7) but still worth watching. It was quite short and actionless but It was still cool. The chase scene was awesome. When are we gonna see a part 3?!? This was made in 2002 for christ sake!
